Hello. I'm new to the instant pot. I was given a 3qrt. Instant pot duo mini. Why do you wrap the cake pan with foil? I understand why you cover the top but not the sides. Thanks
Can’t tell if you cooked both pans at same time or each one separately.
Did you cook BOTH pans at the same time? I.e Stacked atop one another?
Do you need to cover the top of the cakes tightly, or loosely ? Are you trying to “SEAL” the pan or just “COVER’ the pan ? I tried an instant pot “box” cake mix for the first time today, and upon opening (after 35 min cook time / 10 minutes npr) the cake exploded. I had the pans tightly sealed . Any suggestions ?
