I've tried many ways to make this and yours works best. I cut back on the salt a bit and used Chinese chili/garlic sauce instead of the hot sauce because it was what I had. I had to cook it 22 minutes + 3 rather than 15 because of other chicken parts. But it was every bit as crunchy as fried. Thank you!

Hmmm.. think I'll give this a go next time I try making fried chicken.

I did notice that you didn't use the "wet hand, dry hand" method when coating the chicken. Also you didn't indicate for how long you cooked the chicken after you flipped it over.

I have an idea. For those who need the ingredients written down: Every time you hear an ingredient, pause the video, write it down, and continue doing this until you have written all of them down! 😁

I just got a new air fryier and cooked spicy chicken in it but I used butter and hot sauce marinade over night.. and a flour herb spice mix and 25min at 180c but I used thighs on the bone and drum sticks and omg it was yummo.
