    For anyone who wants to know here are some tested orac values for different kinds of sweet potatoes
    Japanese (white flesh, purple skin): 272
    Orange flesh: 902
    Purple flesh: 2720
    Bare in mind there is a lot of variation from plant to plant

    Thank you for all the great recipes, Michele! I just watched this and several other bowl videos. To stay on track i like to prep on Sun for M-F. Do you think the bowls would hold up through the week if made ahead? Do they lose nutrition? (Obviously have to wait on cutting avocado, but otherwise?) Maybe I need to do a midweek prep. 🤔😄
