    I believe that those 200 grams of regular sugar should be increased to 215 and skip the 150 brown sugar and icing sugar all together. In case that you still want to put the icing 70 grams should be enough and use more milk. In this way from 500 grams of sugar ( 1/2 kg) the cake will have around 300 grams.of sugar – still very sweat and tasty.

    This is so fast!! I watched 7 times just to get measurements, and when you pause it they flash up too quick! It’s a great recipe but if you don’t want people to bake it, dont share it!
