For anyone who isn't tracking their nutritional intake, this may give you a basic idea of where you're at based on your diet…

On all of my diets recently tracked on Cronometer (healthier SAD, vegetarian, vegan) I was:

    Deficient on
    – Vitamin E
    – Zinc

    Lower on
    – Calcium
    – Choline

    Good on
    – Vitamin C
    – Folate
    – Copper
    – Iron
    – Magnesium
    – Potassium

I was also low on vitamin D & K as measured in the diet app, but eat fermented foods for K and get sun for D, and supplement both occasionally.

On the healthier SAD I got B12, but phosphorous:calcium ratio was too high from animal products. (By healthy SAD I basically mean raw vegan + sardines, eggs, rice, beans)

Conclusion: Whatever diet you're on, consider tracking your Zinc and Vitamin E to ensure you're getting enough. Eat fermented foods (vit K, B12) and get sun (vit D).

This is kinda soup that my Mom makes.
But my Mom mixing beef with high quality chicken wings, thighs and duck feet. Sometimes she adding beef bones with marrow inside.
This soup is unbelievable tasty both warm when its liquid and cold when it is like gelly.
Of course fat wchich you taking away stays in the soup as well as meat, everything is to eat.

There's no way I'll be able to make this the best I do is buy some cow feet boil them in plain water and eat them like that they taste awful but as long as that collagen goes to my bones and my body that's all that matters
