In this episode of Handcrafted (fka Beautiful Butchery), the Pastaio of Eataly Flatiron, Luca D’Onofrio, shows Bon Appétit how to turn four types of pasta dough …
I made one of these about 20 years ago much to my Grandmas horror. She just used the back of a fork, after watching it in use she wanted one, maybe because I was the only child but she did use it. I like the consistency of a board. Another gadget that you don't really need but hey If you can make one , why not.
I have a question, why my dough have cracks, it’s like a rough crack texture at the bottom…
Beautiful craftsmanship, lovely.
PLEASE upload the recipes for the doughs!
I love if you had a names of the tools used
Me: A 46 minute video about pasta? Nobody wants to watch that.
Me 46 minutes later: Wow! (Owen Wilson's voice)
