    Avocados 🥑 🥑 🥑 🥑 I love them. I try to just have a 1/4 a day with lunch or dinner…emphasis on the word try! Usually end up eating at least half if not a whole one in a day. I'm maintaining my weight but know the avo's have to go if I want to lose that last 5kg. This video was really helpful. 💞

    From one Natalie to another I ❤ 😍 your videos and find them soooo so helpful, I went vegan last autumn after being drawn to it for a long time. A couple of months before I dropped eating animals I was watching videos by Dr mcgregger, Joel Furhman etc and new for my health's sake I had to do this because for years I had just been existing and not living life due to chronic fatigue, chronic pain, falling and walking like a drunk, not being able to move my eyes properly and the most god awful depression. As soon as I changed my diet and it was more or less immediately I got well again and I am holding down a job. It's been life changing, a miracle!!! I'm the only vegan in my family and your videos offer me guidance and support 🙏 thank you 😊 so much.
