I think some of my ancestors may be part korean, because after watching this video, i realised that i naturally make my ramen with the same ingredients, without knowing korean eat it like this. Egg(I like mine like hers), green onion, kimchi, and if i'm making mine with beef flavoured ramen, i add korean red chilli paste in it!😂🤷‍♀️❤

I never really used eggs cuz I felt like I won’t like it, as the whole dish might taste more like eggs than ramyeon… so to those who have tried it, is that really the case, or does the ramyeon powder cover the “strong” eggs taste?!

I just made some ramen while following along with this video. I didn't have kimchi but I did add hot sauce. It was very good. Also my ramen flavor was beef, so I used some beef strips in mine. I really love adding the egg and will be doing it this way a lot more.
Normally we cook the noodles until they are tender but not too soft. Strain off the water completely then add a bit of butter and the seasoning packet. We stir it well and eat it that way. It makes the flavor very intense

I recently tried Jin ramyun and chose the mild version because I know how spicy Korean ramyun can be (from trying Shin ramyun previously) and it was delicious, but if that was "mild", I'm not sure I want to know how hot the "spicy" version is.
