Hi Paula! These are excellent tips. On Thanksgiving Day I will be going out, so am getting my plan in place. You've helped me immensely – thank you! The day after I will be with my family – and they are predominantly keto! I'm trying out stuffing muffins to bring to my family dinner. I love this video! I have to explain to a friend how I manage( happily) on Keto lifestyle. I'm going to have him watch this as it will help him see how it's not impossible😂. I love pub cheese with celery sticks ( for me) as a app when I'm tired of charcuterie stuff. ( Who me? Tired of salami? Never!!)

I've been on keto for 1 month now. Thank you for sharing what you eat and how you approach it. Your videos have been very helpful and encouraging for me, especially this one. Great viewpoint at the end about making the holiday about the people and not the food.

You are my oldest son's age and I've been praying that he would do the low carb to lose some weight. He has a wonderful wife who loves him but she is all about the baking with the SAD in mind. I don't want to be that bitchy, pushy mother-in-law. Would love for them both to start the PHD to get healthy. Any words of advice to get thru to them.
