    I use organic unsweetened applesauce for my salad dressing. It comes in small individual containers like you would put in a kids lunch box. It’s easy and makes your salads sweet. Dr Fuhrman what do you think? Sometimes I put organic vinegars on too.

    The thing is when you cook vegetables for a long time, or even just heat it, I would think it destroys some of the vitamins too, no matter if it releases into the water.
