Thank you! I love that you've shared how to start and that you too have struggles. That helps me to know I can do it as well. Love your no nonsense positive approach.

Great to see a video from you, Tia!❤ Hope the cabinets come in very soon and this kitchenless time passes quickly!🥰

Not having a dishwasher is such a pain! When I lived in apartments, I bought those portable dishwashers that wheel up to the sink and connect with a hose. It was such a lifesaver since I love to cook. I just bought used ones on craigslist or FB Marketplace. Even if its just used for two months and then you sell or give away after, it could make things a little saner for cleanup after cooking. Anyway, thought I'd mention those things since not a lot of people even know there is such a thing as a portable dishwasher!

Thanks again for another great video. Will be giving Lentiful a try!❤

I always watch your video's and hope to see you make the recipes you mention eating at the moment. But unfortunately that isn't happening. This time I first checken iff the recipes where included, which they are, and thought ok ok this time there is going to be something going on concerning cooking.
But it wasn't. Maybe you could film while making the recipes? It doesn't bother me that you have to do it with the situation you're in. But I really enjoy watching how someone makes the recipes. And while you are cooking them on the moment it could be an idea to film it.
    Would love that 😊

I needed this! In March I fell and crushed a bone in my dominant hand. I immediately had surgery where they put in a metal plate and 7 screws. Fast forward to today…I'm still off work & still can't fully use my dominant hand. I've gained weight & feel horrible. A few days ago I made a new commitment to eating more veggies & getting back on track. I also enjoy walking with Rick, so I need to start that up again!

I always love when you have a new video up! Awhile back you bought a rebounder. I never caught any recent updates on it. Are you still using it? I've thought about getting a Bellicon but the price is detering me. LOL Plus the fact that I need so much space for it. I'm just curious what your experience has been over time with using your rebounder.

Love your videos. I would so panic without a kitchen. In new orleans, I eat out once every 6 months to once a year!

You look beautiful, regardless. I get it. When we find ourselves in unusual, inconvenient( sometimes uncomfortable) circumstances / environments it is not as easy to keep to what is our way life now. But it’s not like you went 180 degrees from your starting point. Your body still is “remembering” all the consistent good quality food and work you put into it. You see the need for tweaks and you’re back on track. 😊❤

Great reminder to be kind to ourselves especially during times that mess up our routine. Can’t wait to see your beautiful kitchen. Think of all the good you did for your skin by staying out of that hot sun😂.

Great video Tia! Good to see you again. I can't wait to see your remodel! Your kitchen in your other house was so beautiful. 😊
We drove through Austin on our way to San Antonio for a graduation a few weeks ago and I about died. Lol it was so hot. I have a pic from the inside of our car as we sat in traffic and it said 107° outside temp. Whew!🔥
We live in Missouri and it doesn't get that hot here. We have terrible humidity though 😢

I so much appreciate your honesty. Bumps in the road happen for a variety of reasons (renovations, moving, illness, family illness, caretaking, etc). I wish I could afford to renovate my kitchen…but at the same time it would be quite a challenge for me to be kitchen-less for that long since I cook a lot as well and would present an extreme challenge. I applaud you for figuring it out! Keeping it simple is always key for me when I make things too complicated and find myself going off track. I look forward to seeing your new kitchen when done! BTW, CDorner Fitness also has a great youtube channel with fun workouts.

Thank you! This is quite timely because we are also remodeling our kitchen beginning next month and we won’t have a kitchen for at least two months! I have been worried about how I am to sustain healthy eating while the chaos continues and now I know where to go for help! And I understand the HOT weather! I’m in Northern VA and just forced myself to take a walk with my kids and it was torture! I have a treadmill though so will force myself onto that. I also prefer walking outside however.

My vegan life got totally disrupted when I move in a place I done want to be,my sweetie had a heart attack and isn't recovering well. All this and I'm mobility impaired myself and I'm supposed to fully 100,%care for them and be able to feed them and myself appropriately!
    They're carnivores… 😢
My diet is totally lacking, I'm in waaaaay to much pain and discomfort.. and feeding myself appropriately is now a myth!😢😑
