    I made this tonight with dried herbs (all I had in hand at the end of the week) and cooked the chicken and onions over potatoes. When the chicken was done and the juices drained for gravy, i smooshed the potatoes and stuck em back in the oven. I think this was the most amazing one pan dinner ever. Cant wait to try it with fresh herbs.

    Bit of a silly question perhaps; but please bear with me, I’m a total cooking newbie!
    He says to not put the lemon in, from cold. In fact, he said it was nearly boiling hot! So….. does anyone have any suggestions on how he would have got that lemon to be boiling hot, before adding it?? I did warn that I’m a Novice!! Thank You!!!!
