I’ve seen people with big ass pressure cookers before like the size of China. You could make a restaurant size serving of pho with those. Idk if you can buy them in stores or from special manufacturers

Impressive! The broth doesn't look super rich and glossy, but that doesn't seem to be a bad thing. That's a lot of fresh herbs in one bowl as well eh?

In case anyone is wondering, "Sawtooth" appears to be Culantro, also known as Chadon Beni or Bhandhania in the Caribbean.

Your recipes look amazing, I've got no excuse not to try this one as it looks so simple and easy. Thanks!

Considering you NEVER did this again. I'd say you weren't so impressed :]. Yea me either, rather just make a HUGE pot, then section off in containers and freeze it. Well after I had me some of course.

Pho is my favorite dish and I thought this looked easy enough, but the end result was not what I expected. The broth was not even close to as flavorful as in the pho shops. I know this was my first making this and it’s a pretty complex dish but I feel like it should’ve came out better. Don’t really know what I did wrong. Pretty bummed out but I will for sure try making it again sometime.

You should have just let it do a natural release (waiting for 30 minutes for it to depressurize), but you did great 👍 for Pho. I look forward to making this in my IP Duo Nova 8 qt. Good job!
