So you bring the water to a boil while the rice is in the pot as well and than when the water starts to boil you start counting the 10min?..sorry just been wanting to make this at home and don't want to mess this up as it will be my first attempt 😅

I leave uncovered to boil, then cover, lower heat and cook for 10 mins. Then turn off heat and leave to steam for 5-10 mins.

Does it matter what kind of rice?
