I am watching this because I’m kinda worried the sausages I ate were undercooked, since I didn’t check the time while pan frying. Boiling them first is definitely a good way to save time and make sure they are cooked thoroughly, I’m gonna do that next time. Thanks!

Well just some insight as to why the wife nags. You say you like color on them meaning the darker sear that adds texture but putting them in water like that just boils them instead of searing them. So you’re contradicting your own like for the end result. Do you. Nothing wrong with enjoying your own style though
