General information……
I have NEVER seen a pressure cooker that can be opened with ANY PRESSURE IN THE POT.
These things are NOT going to blow up unless you intentionally defeat the release valves.
Your most likely chance of injury will be from the hot (250 F) steam.

We make this all the time! I love it and its my little girls FAVORITE! we do add green beans to it tho.
