OmG It's very difficult and complex recipe
So, there's no need for a pressure cooker ?
I’ve never seen a cooking video like this one before.
Could your next video be on how you make falafel with favs beans?
This i a disaster.thats 2 minutes of my life stolen
A video with a logical end is unfinished business.
😸😹
I my country (Ecuador) we boil them in a pressure cooker.. much faster, and we eat them with a lot of salt and cheese.. they're the best..
From a middle eastern who cooked these her whole life… um don’t use it to make falafel use chickpeas instead. The soaking is correct but seriously add way more water and simmer for 3-4 hours or until. Also don’t only use cumin for god and use salt, garlic and even dried spicy peppers. Or go to your nearest international store and get the canned ones already done and seasoned.
Pathetic!!!!!!!! Who are the 149 idiots who liked this video?
Sexy lady but cooking fava beans is not your highest achievement.
So after they are cook do you remove the hard shell’s?
wtf?! i watched you pour water over beans…that's pretty much it.
Watch the beginning of this video instead https://youtu.be/16bVuzUGku4
So fava beans kill red blood cells I hear?
This didn’t teach me anything
YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THE FUCK YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT FAVA AND GARBNZO BEANS ARE AN ANCIENT AFRAKAN TRADITION
AFRAKANS THOROUGHLY OUR FOOD
Cooking them for two hours with just enough water to cover them with the burner on high seems they would burn?
WTF, you put a dash of water in the damn pot, then turned it on high and want to cook them for hours? You are insane. I learned nothing from this except how NOT to cook fava beans!
this is a perfect example of relying on just a sexy look and forget about the fava cooking. which is the real dish?
You suck ass!
☺☺☺ i liked this video, thank you 😉
Just what I needed. Thanks.
Short and sweet from a gal with a great chin cleft. This was a very instructive video as it gave the most important basics- like the necessity for soaking and the fact that after soaking they only need a couple hours of boiling. Easy to take it from there and come up with your own innovations for how to use this ancient food.
I learned NOTHING. Rethink this one…..
OMG put them in water and cook them a cupple of hours!
what a good guide !! I would never have guessed.
But how long they need to cook would have been nice info, since it is the only question here!
no soaking needed, just cook them in pressure cooker for 1 – 1 1/4 hour
I believe it takes more time to be cooked and most be boiled in low heat
Like Karen, I find it hard to imagine 'just enough water to cover' and boil on high for 2 hours. ~And then what? Do you peel them? Kinda left us hanging………
Cook on high for 2 hours?!
Thanks Kat! I think you should make lots more videos. People are assholes.
nice work, but please clean out the beans, too!! use a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, stir vigorously, then drain. let's keep it healthy and hygienic,OK!
