looks good, is there a reason you dont cook for say 20 min, let the pressure out then serve ? I haven't used a instant pot before but alot of the standard pressure cooker cooking

I wonder if you also have an air fryer? We just got one a great deal at target 69 for the big one. You got me to use my crockpot still waiting on a good deal in my area for an instant pot. The air fryer was my husband's purchase. Waiting for those Christmas sales. Great videos keep it up!

53 mins to cook chicken thighs. It would be faster and better to cook them in an air fryer. IMHO.
