I tried this tonight with frozen chicken tenderloins I got from Costco. They look perfectly cooked no pink but they were a tad to tough, if I wanted them a bit more tender should I increase or decrease cook time? Awesome video by the way also tried the 0min cook time broccoli and it turns out literally perfect 👌
