I tried this with sushi rice and it came out awesome! Since I moved out and going to college instant pot has been my life saver. My only concern is making chicken this way won't the raw chicken cause the rice to get salmonella? I tried it I'm fine just a question?
Can you put two pieces of chicken instead of one? Or is that too much for it to cook?

I wonder if you can help me get my head around cooking times. I’m a newbie to pressure cooking and don’t understand. If it’s take only 4 mins to cook rice and 12 for chicken breasts, doesn’t the rice over cook?
Bet that breast had the consistency of rubber! To get them nice and tender, they need to stay in the pot much longer!
