As every grain needs to be soak overnight or even the day before ,so that way you can get more nutrients than you washed too much ,even for beans you need to soak it over night with one or two table spoon apple cider vinegar

if you soak it overnight then it only takes about 20-30 min. !

it takes a really long time to cook barley! wow. What about those people in the comments saying to use a rice cooker? The rice cooker only take about 20 mins? Will this produce the same fluffy barley as this method?
Good video; also as a trivia, barley was the main staple for the Roman gladiators as well. THis is truly a superior grain. Thank you for this video.
