I like the roasting of the seeds. I'm sure that heightened the flavor of the dish. And it's hard to go wrong with coconut milk and potatoes in a dish. Great recipe big thumbs up
I love the beautiful little round potatoes they look wonderful. The spice mix I bet is amazing !! Nice tip keeping the leaves in freezer to keep them fresh tasting longer. I can imaginary the beautiful aroma and honestly it’s making me crave this dish. The sauce Omgsh what can I say about that just epic!! You excited this perfectly.
