    I just put mine in the oven using these instructions. Same brand and everything. Hope it turns out well! I'm doing the 3 hour option for the first one because I'm impatient lol.

    Update: I made three. One at 2 hours, one at 3 hours, 1 at 4 hours. Surprisingly the 2 and 3 hour ones were more tender than the 4 hour. Though none came out quite as tender as the one he made in the video. I'll probably go with 2.5 hours next time. It came out delicious with the seasonings and I'm going to go to the store today to get some more. They're really inexpensive and really good! Highly recommended! Thanks for the recipe and cooking method!

I really dislike the introduction on my pre smoked turkey said ‘till the internal temperature is 165F’… I plan to cook one and take it on my bus trip. If I open the wrap after 12 hours, is that still nice to eat…
