Am I the only one who feels that would’ve been some dry ass roast! And where was the seasoning! That front and back should’ve been covered with seasoning you shouldn’t even seen the 🥩!

Great recipe! My oven sucks so I need to start making up with stove options. Anyone knows if it's safe to introduce silicon molds in the pressure cooker – provided I put sand or water underneath to avoid direct contact with the pot?

Used my old pressure cooker tonite to make a pot roast. Something went wrong, however, and the roast (outside round cut) came out anything but falling apart tender. Would it help to throw it in the pressure cooker for another half hour? I cooked it for 45 minutes on the first go around.

Easy to use, clean and I just love it!>>>ur2.pl/1035 I was afraid of pressure cookers and scared to get burnt or have the thing blow up. I read the instructions, it was simple to use and now I am pressure cooking! I use it to cook beans and the pressure cooker infuses the flavors and my beans are soooo tasty!!!

My mother always used a pressure cooker and her food came out great. So I am thinking of getting one, the old fashioned kind for the stove, and using it in my RV when I am not hooked to electric so I can cook fast on the propane stove. My question is, do you have to run it under cold water or can you just let it cool off naturally? Running it under cold water would use up my valuable water source.

I've been looking for electric pressure cooker recipes but got onto this one by mistake. Well done video! I do have a question though. After watching this I'm wondering if it would work over a camp fire. Otherwise, why would one want to use one of these old things instead of a modern electric that is low cost, easy to use, and way less hassle? Just wondering.

Jimi Hendrix is an e.g or SHAFT the best example.

looks great my grandma has one of these the only step we don't do is the sink step she always just put a fork under the weight to let the pressure out that's they she taught us she's been doing it that way for 60 years!! but damn it makes a great meal!!

I have this exact pressure cooker. to release the pressure on mine after removing from heat I just tilt the jiggle weight to the side and it releases the pressure. I'm going to try the roast. mine has an insert to keep the roast off of the bottom by half an inch, after I sear it of course. good video.

I like the 1 1/2 pound roast. With my crew I need 6 pounds minimum for meat. lol plus taters & sides. I see the smaller cooker limits you here, but.. I don't think that I would have any leftovers for work with this yummy little roast. lol
