    Four to six cups of stock per cup of rice? OMG. You Shouldn't need more than 2 to 1.
    And if you use long grain rice you can make a decent dish but it won't be risotto.
    Lastly, if you're going to make a risotto video and mention other rice varieties then you ought to mention the best alternatives such as Carnaroli or Vialone Nano.
