I make all kinds of rice in my instant pot. Love it!
Omg ppl rinse the rice. It taste better. For a 3qt I wash 3 “rice” cups (standard plastic rice cups is 3/4 of a baking cup) and 3 rice Cups of water plus between 1/4 to 1/3 of water using the rice cup.
I will use this recipe when a rice cup is not around. I’ll use 3 baking cups to 3 3/4 cup water on the rice setting with a quick release. Which type of rice was used? Was it calrose? Short/medium grain, Jasmine? Long grain?
