Wouldn't the salt make it salty. Do you need to use the salt.

You always give me the confidence to do this…I have had small amounts of seepage and it always bothers me even though everything seals perfectly…I always think I have done something wrong… ty!!
Do you cook the chicken, carrots and celery all together then use what has been cooked? Or do you use fresh veggies in the can?
So I make a homemade chicken soup with rice. If I make that can I then can it. And. Do I have to use a pressure cooker like you did? Or just true summer pot ? (New to canning). Ty

when you open a jar, you can add some mixed vegetables and some egg noodles. Then top it off in your bowl with some cheese.

I have a crock pot full of chicken soup that came out of the freezer. I made chicken stock, has a little left over chix soup.. I do not want this to go into the freezer again. Thank you for the video. I will be canning the left over soup in my All-American Canner. I do have a Ball Book as well and your times in the canner matched it.
What if you soup is already cooked? Can you still can it?

How do you prevent the chicken from being dry, when you fully cook it prior to canning? The additional 90 minutes would seem to overcook it.

No storage in small space? raise bed and put boxes of food down there; put shelves at bottom of your closet; and put food there; you have space; you just have to create it. Great video will be doing this soon.
