Question – I saw you cooked cut up potatoes in the Instant Pot for mashed potatoes. Did you add any water or seasonings to the potatoes when you mashed them? I can see you drained off the water first, but you didn't indicate if you added anything before you mashed. THNX

Tons of thanks for sharing your fabulous approach to healthy eating, I love it! You do a wonderful job of communicating in your videos the important aspects of making the various dishes! Quesion…do you use organic potatoes? If not, why? Although down on the EWG 'dirty' list, potatoes are on that list. Many thanks, Bruce

Good luck to you this week.. It may be next week when I do the Reset, just not quite ready at the moment.

I do try to always have cooked potatoes in the refrigerator even when Iโ€™m not โ€˜resettingโ€™. They are sooooooo much better that way, you taught me that!

I stalled over the past 4 weeks because I've started baking sourdough bread (bread is my main weakness/craving) and replacing most of my veg with bread. I'll be joining you on the reset. I'm going to prep tonight, after sourdough pizza for dinner, lol.

I have 3 lbs in the fridge that I pressure cooked and I think I will make some mashed now. I have cucumber, romaine, grape tomatoes, onions, frozen asparagus and green beans, spinach. I think I need to buy more but have a small fridge in the RV. So I will be cooking more. Gotta get out my George forman griddle!

Thankyou for explaining about no cover on the pressure cooked potatoes. I just did two batches of the pressure cooked for the first time last night and I didn't know they might get too moist. I'll go check them. I am used to the oven but it's getting so hot nowadays. The pressure cooker sure helped.๐Ÿ˜Š
