You don't have to preheat the oven the air rotates inside the oven at 425 in my air fry oven soon as you put it on air fry you just set the time.the oven will go on and off but will mars in the tempture of your make of air fry oven mine is 425 I don't know what kind of oven you have.Check on the internet what recipes you can use on your air fryer and how.

I am concerned that you used cooking spray. I have learned that the chemicals in the spray can damage the "non-stick" surface on the basket. I use Avocado oil in a sprayer. Otherwise love your work thank you.
By the way I went on Keto in January 2017 and lost 65lbs and am keeping it off since then. I have a new goal to get down to 145 – another 20lbs! It is hard for an old man to loose the weight, 76!

Please either turn up the background music just 3-4% (because now it just sounds like your video is noisy) or remove it entirely. For Americans, you guys are used to music constantly – even in documentaries and during the news! But remember that it's not the same in the rest of the world. In the rest of the world, background music is rarely, if ever, used except in action or horror movies.
I air fry my frozen okra with the same ingredients as you except I add 1 Tablespoon baking POWDER to bag before I pour them in. DELICIOUS 😋
