Glucose/carbohydrates listed in the animated shopping cart at 0:34 being glucose, sucrose, maltose, lactose, dextrose, starch, corn syrup and fruit juice just goes to show there's a lot of different ways to manipulate the consumer.

It is interesting how different parts of the tongue work together to process the different flavors from sweet, salty, to even spicy, and then transmit the information to the brain 1:11

3:43 Picture of a plate with spoiled food and bugs on it that has been crossed out to show it is to be avoided. Next to it is a picture of a plate loaded with healthy foods and all of the vitamins that those foods contain.

4:41 the conveyor belt of all of the sugary food is really amazing to see how each item of sugary food like cake, cookies traveling through the body is showing us how easy it is to get addicted and how your body is reacting like a machine blindly contining to eat the high fructose food to get our quick addiction fix.

2:24 the skeleton is now full in the belly as the food travels down to the intestine. You can feel the food going down and having the immediate feeling of the food travelling from the mouth to the stomach.

1:30 The video shows a diagram of the different taste centers in the cerebral cortex. Although probably not totally accurate, the premise is backed up by the paper "Functional Organization of the Human Gustatory Cortex" by Masayuki Kobayashi.

1:1 The skeleton eating cereal is kind of like me in the middle of the night getting a snack like a zombie. The skeleton displayed has a direct and immediate connection to the brian after tasting the first bite of sugar from the cereal on the spoon to the tongue.

1:51 It's raining candy! The words are shaped into a slot machine that has flashing lights! They really went all out on this one. The words read "Should I do that again? and then in big letters, 'GO FOR IT!"

When I was younger, I love sweets.
But when I turned 17 in college, I hate too much sweets for I don't know reasons.🤷

That's why I don't feel it hard to not eat too much sweets in my food. 😃

"Picture warm, gooey cookies, crunchy candies, velvety cakes, waffle cones piled high with ice cream. Is your mouth watering? Are you craving dessert?"

Eh, I'm more of a savory guy.
