Yes to Sicilian food!!! I had “almond milk” in Siracusa & I would LOVE to know how to make it. It’s not at all like the almond milk in a carton at the grocery store, but has the consistency of a “slushy” and tastes like sweet almonds. 💝💖💗

Ciao Eva, my name is Eva 🙂 Io sonno polacca però abito a Londra. We have in Poland the same kind of desert called “Kisiel” which we make from different kind of fruits. Now I think queen Bona Sforza who married a Polish king introduced the desert to us like many other dishes. I enjoy immensely your vlog. So entertaining.

I have a huge lemon tree in my back yard. So I would love to make Gelo di Lemone. Can I replace the watermelon for lemon one to one for, "Gelo di Lemone? Or do I need to water it down like other recipes do?

When I visited Catania with my family a few years back, we took a cooking class. My favorite Sicilian recipes we made were Pesto alla Trapanese and Caponata. Would love to see these dishes in a video! Also, the Spigola was insane!

Hi guyz! I tried your carbonara recipe and it came out amazingly silky and tasty! Just a quick question, I'm vegetarian and I replaced guanchale with mushrooms that I fried in a bit of olive oil. Is that still a carbonara or not? 🥺
