Next time, put your vac-sealed jambalaya into a pot half-full with simmering water. Simmer that vac–pack for about 30 mins and when you open that bag up it's like you just made it. So moist and no mess in the pot. Thant's what I do with my pulled pork bbq. I vac-pack it in 1-1/2 pound pouches. Pull out a frozen pouch and simmer low till ready. Thanks for sharing!
My husband likes to reheat in a skillet with a little water on low heat. Then add eggs around the top. Cover until the eggs are cooked.
You can also boil the bag.
Frozen most other ways, the texture is not too good
