    I got a Withings bluetooth scale and started intermittent fasting. Between those and upping my activity level, I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks so thanks for talking about the bluetooth scale! I agree that weighing yourself daily helps keep up motivation.

    I used to have an InstantPot and air fryer, but then I switched to a NINJA Foodi which does pretty much everything, and it saves a lot of counter space. 😋
