Been subbed for a few years and done anabolic dieting off and on. When I’m on it, it’s easy and I lose weight. When I’m off, I struggle. I’ve only fallen off when major life events throw me off like a close relative passing away or my best friend passing away. On the journey again now and down 6 lbs from 275 to 269 in 6 weeks!

Hey Rem, long time viewer of the channel, and I really like how this video was framed. I grew up being the more fit guy of my friend group. But we were all huge gamers, had bought a 60inch box CRT for Smash Brothers Melee and long online Halo sessions. We all lived in a ghetto one bedroom apartment with 3 pcs and that giant ass tv (lmao).

But back in the day it was a lot harder to convince my friends to eat a healthier diet, because I was eating the standard; chicken, broccoli, rice, protein shake, tuna.

Bet had I been making anabolic French toast, pizza, burgers, ice-cream, etc. it would have been game changer for the homies.

Keep doing what your doing, brother. Fire video as always. 🔥

Must say I love gaming, and still do. But using your cookbook and working out I lost 40lb over few months and got the body I want. Without your inspiration & cookbook I would never of achieved it. So thank you very much.

2:01 well it sure is a start when you are a complete dietary noob, but those calculators can be hundreds calories off for some people.
I'm 63.5kg, 177cm single digit BF and they put me at around 2500-2600kcal maintance, and I've been eating around 3200kcals a day for years, and I weight exactly the same.

You don't burn most of your energy through training but from your daily life, and I happen to be an extremely high NEAT person, I basically do stuff the entire day, rarely sit down for more than couple minutes and that's where my high maintenance comes from

This is the 1st time Ive seen a calculator that takes into consideration physical activity rather than just how active your job is. I work out 7 days a week in some capacity. Theres no flipping way I will lose weight consuming 3300 calories. Will try more protein
