When that happens touching some grass with my friends always helps
Helps my friends too all of them except one also have depression and the last one plays League of Legends so you know they all need the motivation to go touch grass

For me, it's my 2 baby cousins…they r both 4 and 6 yrs old…and they always motivate me to do better not only for them…but for myself as well…I am single child..so doing vc with them and having cute convos and listening to there's chaotic banter…I realise how I wanna be a better example for them and for that I need to be better myself… always thankful for those angels❤
