Every time I cook a brisket there's never any leftovers for me to save….๐ What a great way to save and make an easy quick delicious meal. I'm thinking of hiding some brisket next time under the frozen brocolli in my freezer. Surely nobody will find it there….LOL! PS I would LOVE to see your freezer and pantry organization!! Some of us need some serious help in that department Chef.

I have noticed that smoked meat loses some of its Smokey flavor once it is frozen. For this reason I quit smoking large quantities of meat and freezing it. The thought of the quickness and convenience is great. This includes vacuum packing it in thick bags, tried that also…. If thereโs something I could do different please share….
