Hi jack, recinse are banging as usual! I just wanted to point out one thing: corn starch isnโ€™t a lower calorie alternative to flour, for 100 grams they are pretty much the same (like 10-15 calories of difference), whatโ€™s really different is the amount and the structure of starch in them (flour has more protein and a different kind of starch): the corn/potato starch can bind more water, which leds to a thicker sauce using less of it
Sorry if I point this out but thatโ€™s what I studied for and I really love how different starch works ๐Ÿ˜‚

Hi Jack, love your videos! Pro tip when cooking meatballs on the stove- cook them on high heat for 5 min, then turn heat down to medium-low, add 1/4-1/2 cup of chicken/veggie/beef low sodium broth, & then cover & let cook for 10-12 min. They come out really tasty & the broth helps it maintain moisture since ground turkey can sometimes get dry. I hope itโ€™s helpful ๐Ÿ˜Š

I donโ€™t like onion and I donโ€™t like using flour either .I like the cornstarch it doesnโ€™t clump as easy as flour I just try to stay away from flour other than almond flour or coconut flour. Looks delicious great video

Potato starch is another substitute for cornflour aswell mate. Easy to get hold of and better than cornflour if you're wanting to thicken sauces and save them. Great vid as usual sir.
