    It was a good try. I am not sure I would even do that. I love a good veggie soup, but that's a lot. It's good you listened to your body. I have found a good balanced diet has been the only way I could lose. I have recently lost a good bit. Thanks for sharing your experience. God bless you all.

    I understand your journey completely. Your body needs proteins, carbs, and fats to function well. But, healthier choices within each group is best. Lean proteins, dried beans and legumes, whole grains, and a variety of fruits and vegetables, and, of course, small amounts of good fats are good choices and, in moderation. Walking is a great way to exercise daily, if possible. Good luck. It didn't go on overnight, and it won't come off overnight. 1-2 pounds a week is a safe weight loss. And, men typically lose more, faster. 😉 God bless!
