I simmer mine in low for 6 to 8 hours. I blend all my tomatoes before putting them in the pot. I use beef shirts ribs, and or ground beef. Delicious! It was my nonas recipie

This was delicious. I’m curious if you could use beef broth instead of chicken broth just in case you didn’t have the chicken broth on hand? Has anyone done that?
If you have kids that don’t like the chunks from tomatoes in the purée, could you maybe increase the sauce and the paste some? This sounds amazing!
