    Awesome!!! I wonder what the biscuits would be like in the pellet smoker? 🤔 I thought for a minute you might try and drop those down on your griddle top!! Mustard…yes! I always put that on my fried egg sandwich so I would do that for sure on my biscuit!!

    Great video on biscuits. I don't believe enough folks give biscuits the respect they should get. Now funny you mentioned about flour getting on your clothes. Harland Sanders aka "The Colonel" switched from black clothing to white and actually bleached his beard white so the flour wouldn't show up on him. He traveled for many years to the different franchise locations to show and instruct folks how to make his chicken. Wearing white clothes just made sense. How bout that for some food trivia.     The recipe on the biscuits is great. The perfect tutorial: of ingredients, process and cast iron use gives the total picture with delish results. The camera work, once again, is like we are standing there watching only better, great work Amy. Sausage is a food group, it's always on the must have list with bacon of course.     Buttermilk biscuits and smoked pork loin instead of English muffins and Canadian bacon for Eggs Benedict with a sprinkle of smoked paprika. Hold the mustard. Use Blackberry jam and Irish butter instead. Side of crispy hash browns.
