i live in China and I just started making my own greek yogurt a few days ago…i cant believe how easy it is to make everything! Why did i pay so much for for so long?! i went years without many dairy products. i am excited to make ricotta cheese at home and start making old recipes again. this is the second time i have watched a video of yours and the quality is amazing! you give the impression of being a genuinely nice person! keep going!
