This looks delicious but it would cost me like $100 to buy all these ingredients and half of them I would never use for anything else. Just not realistic for anyone who's not a professional chef. Also, he probably did like 20 minutes of prep work before he started making his "10 minute ramen". Again, looks delicious, great chef, I just wish there wasn't so much bullshitting.
