I've looked at my bag of lentils a few times the last few weeks, and now I am inspired! Thank you! Looks sooo good. Didn't think to use miso in lentil soup, yummmmy!

I love lentil soups and they are good for you too! I like a little bit a spice but not a lot! Lol I don't have an instant pot yet, haven't pulled the trigger on one yet. They do seem nice to have!

Hi Whisk, what's going on in my instant pot is yogurt! I absolutely love fresh yogurt. I also made a big batch of kale soup with fresh kale from the farmers market last weekend and oh my gosh, it was so delicious! I love the instant pot because I can throw in whatever I have, I don't really measure any of it, other than putting in 1 heaping tablespoon of better than bouillon, which I get at Costco at a reasonable price. 🙂

Great to see a video from you 🙂

Lentil soups are so satisfying and tasty Ivy. Have you tried Marmite or Vegemite instead of miso? They are yeast extracts and totally packed with rich flavour, and they can be easily dissolved into hot water before adding to your soup, a teaspoon of it would add enough flavour for this entire pot. That Instant Pot is so handy, I can see why they are so popular!

I love soup for breakfast 😍 It's so hearty and makes you feel all warm inside, and ready to start the day, especially on cold mornings. I'm not making soups right now because it's already over 100 everyday where I live, but once the winter hits, the first soup I'm making is potato 😍
