    The oven gives an amazing favour to veggies. A nice combo I do often is potatoes, and onions and use black pepper sumac and lemon for flavour. I would possibly use sweet potato instead of squash as we are not keen on squash. Yum . Love the idea of using fruit in the sauce ❤

    perfect I love this! one thing that I was wondering is, that lovely sauce you made evaporate in the oven maybe? it looked a bit dry in the end would it be better to cover the sheet pan to keep the moistness or is the goal that the food gets crispy in the oven here?

    Sheet pan meals are great! 👍 There are so many combinations, and I love using the leftovers for my lunch the next day. Also, leftover sheet meals make a tasty soup. Just add some veggie broth and blend as little or as much as you like.
