This Homemade French Fries recipe looks so delicious ๐Ms. Becky.
Mmmm, I've been wanting to make fries which are fried in oil. I've made oven fries which I like a lot but sometimes you just want the ones fried in oil on the stove. Thank you!
Thank you for the scripture reading, always look forward to that portion of your video. Thank you for your hard work bringing your recipes and teaching to us, much appreciated.
I just bought a 10.5 inch cast iron skillet yesterday, I can't wait to make fries. Thank you!
I just love your channel. I would cook fries with you any day! I thank God for you.
A somewhat better way is to double fry them. It's more work and more mess but it's how all restaurants do it. Fry in smaller batches and blanch fry them for about 3 minutes then take them out to drain, then put them back in to finish frying until golden brown.
Hello from Texas. Former fry cook here. We would blanch the potatoes at 350 degrees let drain well and spread out to dry. When cool and dry they can be bagged and placed in the freezer. Fry normally.
Thank you so much for sharing the scripture verse… This world needs Jesus more than ever!โค

I've eat homemade Fries my whole life of 67 yrs! Mama, Daddy, my Grandparents and even myself n Kids have cooked and eat Homemade Fries! I add a blend of Salt, Onion powder, Garlic powder n Paprika for my kids bc that's what they want at times. But for myself, I just add Salt on them! They're do good! I bake mine most of the time to Save on Oil… I reuse oil when I get veggies but not meats! Thank you Becky and the Lord Bless you daily, Amen. He sure does Bless us in every way! Praise God. ๐๐โคโค๐บ๐ธ๐บ๐ธ

It is simply amazing the vegetables (fruit) of the earth that God has given us ! May God richly bless us even the more so we can share it with all others, Amen ๐ !
Thank You for sharing this. Brings me back to growing up. My Mum never double fried fries like they do now all greasey. Wondered recently how to do it even after cooking for 35 yrs. Loved the crispy wedge end pieces and small crispy bits back then. She never used thermometer back then till about early 90's and they changed . I grew up 70's and 80's and born in 72. So they didn't have the fryers they have now to cook things. It was either in Shortening or in oven loved the Shortening ones. Thank You again for sharing and bringing back great memories like homemade bread and Pizza Friday's from the bread dough she made for the weekend. She would pinch off some and we would have homemade pizza on Friday nights. Memories!!
I live in Seattle Washington the hate is definitely hear. I'm white easy going I'm a veteran and I'm old. I'm an old white guy. 5:13 pm. Me and God may not see eye to eye. I do however see the hearts in folks. I just wanted to say to the gall running this channel your just one big heart. I love'ya. I'm no fan of Rap or hip hop or the me me me way some seem to think life owes them. And people like me are the cause of their problems. I do agree with you, how ever with the hate these day's we need to be careful of those we think of showing kindness to. Yes have a heart just use common sense while you do.
Aloha ๐บ

Grape seed oil is generaly cold pressed, and not high heat/pressure and solvents added to extract oil out of all the veggatble oils and then the process of removing solvents destroys the oils, and veggatlbe oils cause inflamation in the digestive tract.#1 to use is GHEE,its just clarrified butter and has a smoke point of 450f degrees and is good for the body and has great flavor.Talo is ok and much better health wise the veg oils.
