Hello and welcome everyone, I hope you're all doing well! Today we are making a healthy and delicious bone broth! This is packed with all sorts of nutrients for the body! Especially the collagen factor, which helps with wrinkles! I know you can make bone broth in an Insta Pot or Pressure cooker to make it faster. But I chose to make it in a slow cooker because when it's slow cooked, you get the benefits from all the delicious and healthy nutritients from the bones, and I also figured most of you might have a slow cooker on hand at home to use. You can enjoy this broth by itself or you can add some noodles or veggies and eat it as a soup! It is delicious and has a ton of nutrients for the body!
You're also probably aware of the benefits of bone broth, but if you're not making your own you're missing out. And the best part? It's practically free! You can make it from things that you'd just throw away. Like leftover bones and carcasses, and any left over vegetables in your fridge.
