Should’ve added the onions first to let all the flavor stick to the pan then add garlic to give the onion more flavor, then the meat will be fucking amazing

Once beef is cooked, I like transferring all into a crockpot for all day melding of flavors … best for chili and spaghetti sauce

This is, hands down, the best recipe for chili in all of you tube land . Perfect balance of ingredients. The only thing I do differently is use masa to thicken it.

To thicken the chili, just smash up some of the beans into a paste and put that in. No need for corn starch.
