    This was so inspiring! Vicki is great. Thanks for introducing her to us. By the way I love fenugreek seeds. They taste a little like licorice. I think it is Indian restaurants often have bowls for after the meal instead of a mint. I use High Carb Hannah’s recipe for lentil loaf. She uses fenugreek seeds in it and I love it.

    Fenugreek sprouts very anti-cancer. Cancer patients drink the 1sr soak water that begins sprout cycle.
    Make tea of fenugreek seeds to soothe touchy stomach and add 'slickness' in bowels.
