    Remington, as I approach forty I set that typical get into shape goal. Getting to the finish line was so much easier with your recipes keeping things from getting stale.     First of all, I have gone from 270 lbs to 155 eating your recipes. Kept it off for over a year. I work out every day as well. Now I know how to eat, thanks to you my friend. Always have every flavor of Anabar in my pantry. They are all my favorites!
