    Salam habo could you please make a video of how almond flour is made at home? I live in Somalia and the only flour available is refined white flour. I love bread and chapati and it's hard for me to stay away from flour based food.

    Happy to start the 30 days too – just note Vitamin D is best taken with food preferably with fat otherwise it won’t be absorbed by your body – an endocrinologist told me that – you’re looking great x I would love the recipe for the chilli soup – did you make it in the one pot?

    Jazaakillaahu khayran I will be taking all of your advices in shaa-a Allaah. I've been having thyroid problems (slow) so I was taking that first in consideration to heal by natural herbs.
